As a seasoned real estate professional and licensed broker, Ray Caldwell recognized that many well established realty companies were struggling to survive the challenges of the housing market and the changing economy.
Ever the entrepreneur, Ray saw that the current market actually presented an opportunity for smaller, more responsive companies. Having a lower overhead and a streamlined operation would allow Ray to quickly adapt to the changing market and better serve his customers. With this knowledge, and a lot of determination, Ray founded Oakwoods Realty LLC in 2008.
